  • 20% standard co-hosting fee: With this model, I’ll earn 20% of the booking revenue. Services under this pricing model include guest communication, cleaning coordination, pricing management, and listing optimization.
  • Cleaning fee: If you’d like me to handle and schedule the cleaning of your property between guests, the cleaning fee will be paid for by the guest and paid to me. The price varies depending on the size of your home, so you can contact me for a custom quote.
